I recently stayed at this hotel and was pleasantly surprised by its value for money. The prices were reasonable, especially considering the convenient location near Termini. The staff were very helpful and attentive to detail, ensuring that everything was clean and fresh in the rooms. I also appreciated the basic amenities provided, such as the fresh towels and the tasty breakfast.
No improvements needed, everything was absolutely fine.

The day staff were very friendly, but the night staff (the owner, I believe) was really rude and intimidating.
See above - the owner was rude, intimidating, and created an unpleasant atmosphere for my stay. The room was not clean at all - dust bunnies everywhere, blood on the toilet seat, bin in the bathroom not emptied, etc. etc.

Hotel was well located to Termini station and metro etc. Rooms were spotless and comfortable and breakfast was ample. Although on third floor, there was a small lift. Female receptionists/staff were very pleasant and helpful.
A little difficult to find as hotel sign was poorly displayed on exterior of building. Male receptionist was unpleasant and rude. There was a charge for extra coffee which I felt was a bit greedy....

the staff was friendly, and the rooms were clean and comfortable. the breakfast provided was of good quality, and overall, the facilities were up to standard.
The hotel fell short when it came to the size of the rooms, which were quite small, leaving little to no space to move around comfortably.

The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the bedroom was quiet and comfortable with a good modern bathroom. The location was good being near the station/Metro and there were plenty of restaurants nearby.
The lift was tiny and antiquated and straight from a Humphrey Bogart film. A sense of humour was required to use it.The breakfast was only a continental one, i.e.coffee, juice and rolls. It was adequate but disappointing.

The Hotel is located near (2min on foot) to the metrostation Castro Pretorio from where you can take line B. Central Station Termini can be reached on foot in about 10min. The staff is extremely nice and they answer every question you might have. The room was clean, not too big, but for a citytrip all we needed was a bed and a bathroom. Very quiet. I'd recommend this hotel to everyone who's planning to go on a citytrip in Rome. In max. 20-30min you can be everywhere you want in the historical city, using subway or bus.
The breakfast wasn't that big of a deal, but enough if you don't need too much to start the day.

The hotel's location was excellent, located within walking distance of transportation, shopping, and delicious restaurants. the rooms were clean and tidy, and there was also a welcoming atmosphere from the staff. We also enjoyed the affordable price for such a good location.
Although the rooms were clean and tidy, they were much too small for our comfort. the bathroom in particular was cramped and not easy to maneuver in.

If you are planning to visit Rome and you do not intend to spend time in the hotel than it’s a good choice: clean, helpful staff, great location (bus and metro station nearby – 5 min.max).
We couldn't open the wooden shades from outside the window to see the view, but that doesn't bother as so much...

Stayed in the city center for a girls getaway weekend. The hotel had lovely decor that we enjoyed with cute little details like coffee machine in the room with quality coffee. The location of the hotel was perfect as we were only a quick stroll from the main tourist attractions, and not too far from the local bars and cafes. , they offer free luggage storage so we didn't have to carry our bags around all day before our flight.
That our room was a bit small and didn't have a view, but we didn't spend much time there anyway, so it didn't bother us too much.
